Our MJD Aerotek Call Center is an in-house communications facility that delivers information, resources, and expertise where and when needed. CSRs have immediate access to both project administration as well has technicians returning from the field. Our CSR Management Team has access to additional trained CSRs to support times of high call volumes such as during a cycling event as an example. The MJD Aerotek Call Center provides service during regular business hours, extended hours for increased volume during cycling events and 24/7 emergency phone access to a technician.
