As a result of our comprehensive employee-training program and hiring process, MJD Aerotek attracts qualified applicants and can 
provide uniformed teams of skilled technicians. MJD Aerotek managers believe trust and integrity are basic principles that guide the team.
Employees are held to high standards and work in a pleasant environment, which assures that they maintain a high-level of workforce productivity. Field manager and supervisors use hands-on verification to ensure that the high standards are maintained at all times. Radio dispatched employees respond to an online dispatcher who knows where the technicians are during the workday. All personnel are required to pass a pre-employment screening including drug-testing and background checks.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance inspections are performed on a minimum of 10% of all work completed by each employee every day. If at any time during the inspection process a discrepancy is found, an additional 10% of the employee’s work will be inspected. In addition, inspections are performed on 20% of all work completed by new employees. A quality assurance report is logged daily and an online summary report is available on a daily or weekly basis. These reports document the individual work inspected, any discrepancies found as well as the action taken.

Each MJD Aerotek field Technician participates in a comprehensive classroom and field training program. Our “end-to-end” training program include videos, lectures, and field training. Safety
MJD Aerotek provides all the necessary safety and training programs for employees pertaining to each job that the employees will perform. All safety classes are documented and reviewed by upper management on a regular basis. Twice monthly “all hands meetings” keep Technicians up-to-date on current situations in the field along with addressing two safety topics per meeting. Training programs range from classroom time to field situations and vehicle inspections. All new Technicians receive step-by-step Technician Procedures Manual to reference throughout their employment with MJD Aerotek.
